If we nurture positive states of mind and guard against disturbing thoughts and conceptions, we can become our own inner protector. In this way anyone can improve their inner well-being and peace of mind.

​These classes include a talk and guided meditations designed to help everyone find greater inner peace, joy and well being in their lives. Through practical experience we will discover that meditation is much more than simply sitting on a meditation cushion (or chair) in peaceful meditation. We will see how meditation is also a highly practical approach to how we live our life throughout the day that leads to greater peace, mental and physical well being and happiness. Each course covers a particular theme and teaches proven practical methods to:

• become more aware and present in the moment
• experience more clarity and peace in every moment
• relax your body and mind
• be free from worry and stress
• find a deeper joy and inner strength
• create harmonious relationships

Classes run on a drop-in basis so come along any week you like. No previous experience necessary. Everyone welcome!

Classes cost £6.

Practical instructions and helpful advice on how to meditate, gain strength of mind and lead a more peaceful and positive life. Each class begins with breathing meditation, is followed by a talk, discussion with tea and biscuits, and finishes with a guided meditation on the week’s topic. No previous experience necessary.
