Come and learn Tai Chi for health, wellbeing, self-defence in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The class is open to people of all abilities, including complete beginners and we study gentle exercises, QiGong and Tai Chi moves. Tai Chi is good for relaxation, general fitness and strengthening. It has been described as “medication in movement” and can aid in illness recovery. Regular practice can increase vitality, balance and energy levels. The teacher is an Advanced Instructor with the Tai Chi Union of GB and has been practising Tai Chi for 30 years.
The beginners class is followed by an Advanced class where we learn Long form and Sword form and there is a push hands or partner work class by invite or for more advanced players.
