New classes for winter and spring 2017

Rising Above Anger
18th January – What is anger?
25th January – Why we get angry
1st February – The peace of patience
8th February –  Non-retaliation

Everybody experiences difficulties from minds of anger and uncontrolled desire. But inner solutions exist – and really work to solve our problems if we put them into practice.

These classes include a talk and guided meditations designed to help everyone find greater inner peace, joy and well being in their lives. Through practical experience we will discover that meditation is much more than simply sitting on a meditation cushion (or chair) in peaceful meditation. We will see how meditation is also a highly practical approach to how we live our life throughout the day that leads to greater peace, mental and physical well being and happiness. Each course covers a particular theme and teaches proven practical methods to:

• become more aware and present in the moment
• experience more clarity and peace in every moment
• relax your body and mind
• be free from worry and stress
• find a deeper joy and inner strength
• create harmonious relationships

Classes run on a drop-in basis so come along any week you like. No previous experience necessary. Everyone welcome!

Classes cost £6.
We also have 6 class cards priced at only £30
